57th IMIA Conference – Parador Alcala de Henares 22nd to 25th September – Registration now open

We look forward to inviting you to the 57th IMIA conference being held at the very iconic Parador Alcala de Henares, steeped in history.

Alcalá de Henares which is a Spanish city near Madrid. It is located 31 kilometres (19 miles) to the northeast of the centre of Madrid. It’s historical centre is one of UNESCO‘s World Heritage Sites and has a long university tradition dating back to the 15th century. The city currently hosts the University of Alcalá. For those who know Spanish literature it is the native city of Miguel de Cervantes.

The hotel itself is built around restored convent schools where history and modernity go hand in hand.

This year promises to be another conference packed with relevant information, including

  • The working group presentations from 2024
    • WGP 133 (24) Use of risk registers in major projects
    • WGP 134 (24) Construction and operation of semi-conductor
